Origami - Imperabit s.n.c. works with couriers to deliver orders to customers’ homes or other addresses. From its online shop, Origami - Imperabit s.n.c. delivers to Italy and throughout Europe, using specialized couriers. Purchased items will be delivered directly to the addresses indicated during the ordering process. Each shipment contains the ordered goods and their accompanying documentation.

Delivery times vary depending upon product availability and the shipping destination.

The shipping fee contributes to cover delivery costs.  Within Italy the fee is 7.20€ (inclusive of taxes), and is waived for orders totalling over 50.00€.  For other European destinations the amount will change in reference Country destination:

ORIGAMI Ships FREE if you spend over € 50,00 in the Italy, over € 150,00 in Europe* and over € 200,00 in Europe**.

Upon delivery the client should verify that the package is not damaged or wet before accepting delivery, and should refuse delivery if the package is not whole and in good conditions.

If the goods are delivered damaged or broken, Origami - Imperabit s.n.c. is committed to repay the product, if and only if the recipient either declares the damage in the presence of the carrier which made the delivery, or indicates on the receipt document “GOODS RECEIVED UNCHECKED”.

Notwithstanding any actions to be taken with the carrier, Origami - Imperabit s.n.c. should be notified of any disputes over variance between the object delivered and the object ordered, or noted on the delivery document, within 48 hours of delivery by e-mailing customer service at

Free ITALY Returns

All items must be returned new, unused and in original ORIGAMI packaging. Returns that do not meet our policy may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Returned purchases should be sent back to us within 14 days of your order being shipped.
